All prices are shown in sterling (£), and are
subject to VAT.
Terms of Payment
Nett 30 days from the date of invoice.
Connection retains title and ownership of
all goods until they have been paid for
in full.
Acknowledgement of Orders
All orders will be acknowledged. Please
check acknowledgements and contact
customer services as soon as possible
if there are any variances to your order.
Connection cannot be held responsible for
customer error or omissions.
Delivery Charges
Delivery of orders over £500 will be
delivered free of charge to Connection
Distributors. Orders under £500 will be
subject to a delivery charge.
Direct Deliveries
As part of our continued focus on
Customer Service, delivery of orders can
be made on behalf of a distributor subject
to clearance of our Customer Service
department. A surcharge may be levied
for delivery to end-user premises. Please
contact Customer Services for a quotation.
Customer Services must be notified at least
5 working days in advance of any end-user
delivery date change or a charge may be
levied. |

Specification
All dimensions are approximate; whilst
every care is taken to ensure their
accuracy, Connection cannot be held
responsible for errors.
Connection reserve the right to make,
without any notice, any changes to
materials, specifications or design of
the products which it considers to be
reasonable or desirable and such changes
shall not affect the validity of the contract.

Carbon Offsetting
The price of each chair includes an amount to pay for carbon offsetting.
This is managed through our partner Climate Care who fund projects
around the world that reduce CO 2, this balances or offsets the
original emissions during the chairs manufacture.
Initiatives include reforestation in Africa,
wind and water turbines in the UK etc.
All of the projects go through
a rigorous process of verification and validation to ensure and
demonstrate the CO 2 emissions saved.
