Pricing
All prices are shown in sterling (£), and are subject to VAT.

Terms of Payment
Nett 30 days from the date of invoice. Connection retains title and ownership of all goods until they have been paid for in full.

Acknowledgement of Orders
All orders will be acknowledged. Please check acknowledgements and contact customer services as soon as possible if there are any variances to your order. Connection cannot be held responsible for customer error or omissions.

Ordering Procedure
Orders must be placed in writing and include the following:
• Product code (With options e.g. mechanism, arm-type and colour, base type and colour)
• Fabric range and code
• Quantity
• Delivery address
• Desired delivery date
Please make all orders as clear as possible as this will enable us to provide a more efficient delivery.

Delivery Lead Times
Lead times may be vary due to the fabrics selected on the product and/or component requirements. Once your order is received Connection will acknowledge the order with a confirmed week ending delivery date. In the event that our lead time does not meet your requirements, please contact our customer services who will investigate the possibility of rescheduling the items on your order to meet your expectations.

Sample Chairs
Standard sample requests are delivered free of charge as part of our service. We would request these are returned to us in good condition within a 30 day period. Special requests other than standard will not be deemed as sale or return and will be treated as an order.

Specification
All dimensions are approximate; whilst every care is taken to ensure their accuracy, Connection cannot be held responsible for errors.

Connection reserve the right to make, without notice, any changes to materials, specifications or design of the products which it considers to be reasonable or desirable. Such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract.

Connection reserves the right to amend or change the pricing structure within this website.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure parity of colour on our fabric finishes, the company cannot guarantee an exact match on any fabric.
